Sa.Fe. is one of the italian leading manufacturers of anodized aluminium products.
Established in 1963, we were born as an aluminium foundry with anodic oxidation certified UNI, specialized in the fusion of alloys for anodizing certified 20 microns. Our activity started with the production of building material and from 1998 we are also one of the main Italian manufacturers of anodized aluminium products for the nautical industry. Our company is committed to mantain or exceed standards, with R.I.Na. certified products in accordance with standard UNI 10681 class 20-Cert. no. MSC/128198. We are patent holders of an outboard motor connection in cast anodized aluminium with R.I.Na certification.
We are present in important italian brands, such as: Absolute Yachts, Azimut Yachts, Cantieri Capelli, Motonautica Ranieri, Sessa international, Zar Formenti, Aschenez, thanks to more of 200 series of nautical products that we have personally designed and that we can customize strictly collaborating with your architects to give you a real custom-made product that shall remain your sole and exclusive property. Furthermore we’re spreading our products abroad and they are having a great success.
Our Company is working also on behalf of third party in many application areas: alimentary, automotive, pneumatic, hydraulic, general engineering etc….
Our production structure is at the forefront for sand molded casting, with semi-automatic equipment and shell casting for primary and secondary aluminium alloys castings according to UNI standards. We create small, medium and large products series. Our greatest strength: to understand the clients’ needs and tailor our best solutions for them. We produce special items and unique pieces, designed and engineered for any need from the project design or from a sample of our modeling and tooling department, or through already exsisting facilities provided by customers (moulding models or shells). From the raw material to the finished product, our skilful team handles every production stage in-house. For medium and large particulars, we can provide the finished product including all the eventual treatments required: deburring, shot peening or sandblasting, mechanical processing (all internal departments), hardening, painting and anodic oxidation (externally manufactured).
Our production for the building industry consists of elements for stairs, balconies, aluminium post-boxes, aluminium handles etc… all these products are exported world-wide, also in the Middle East where the environmental characteristics need a particular resistance to the high temperatures and to the saltness, but thanks to anodic oxidation certified UNI standards, that we have, we can export in this country too. The items can be supplied in the standard colours of the anodic oxidation (black, silver, bronze and gold in the different tones) and in the requested quantity.
